The best thing these guys can do for themselves is to plead guilty. Then, they'd be out on bail within minutes - cashless bail. They could then take refuge and claim diplomatic immunity in one of the many Chinese police stations available throughout Canada. Problem solved.

If this happened in B.C. …. and after an extensive police investigation indicated these people were involved in a pending terrorist strike…. the BC Prosecution “Service” would not lay charges.

The evidence speaks for itself. If this is not considered an act of terrorism or at least with those intentions what does? Canada's done enough pandering to foreign influences, which is WHY the country is in the mess it's in. IF any Canadian born citizen had been discovered pulling this stunt in another country would they even be allowed an interpreter or bail? The fact is this is our 'home.'
