The best thing these guys can do for themselves is to plead guilty. Then, they'd be out on bail within minutes - cashless bail. They could then take refuge and claim diplomatic immunity in one of the many Chinese police stations available throughout Canada. Problem solved.

The attending Judge should only release these communist terrorists to Carney’s personal oversight and guarantee to appear! “Birds of a feather flock together”!!

If this happened in B.C. …. and after an extensive police investigation indicated these people were involved in a pending terrorist strike…. the BC Prosecution “Service” would not lay charges.

They would hide behind their secret “ prosecutorial discretion” … “out.

The BCPS are shit scared of the Chinese criminal element as what took place in the Zhu case.

However….. see if it’s the same in Ontario

I bet we will never hear about their temporary visa as fake students or that they are clearly associated with ccp operatives already known to csis & rcmp or what info/research they have stolen from uni profs and sent back to china. Yeah, like commie china is a good trade partner 🙄

The evidence speaks for itself. If this is not considered an act of terrorism or at least with those intentions what does? Canada's done enough pandering to foreign influences, which is WHY the country is in the mess it's in. IF any Canadian born citizen had been discovered pulling this stunt in another country would they even be allowed an interpreter or bail? The fact is this is our 'home.' I wouldn't invite anyone with evil subversive intentions into my home, would you?

Haven't seen anything about this yet in the G&M or NatPO. Anyone else?

Mandarin interpreter required, even though they're taking high level science and engineering courses in English. Gee, I wonder if we'd have the same right in a Chinese court? By the way, how's that Winnipeg biolab spy scandal investigation coming along? I'm sure with Manchurian Mark at the helm, we'll get to the bottom of it!
