Is the Coroners Office as corrupt as other government agencies that “allegedly” look after the well being of Canadians?
Were there physical marks on the body? Were his lungs filled with water? If they weren’t, then he didn’t drown.
We can surmise he was murdered! We can also surmise the Corners Office will never release their findings.
That’s the way the system works in Canada folks.
