China’s economy is currently in a recession/depression, unemployment is growing, over production has been rampant for years, all supported by govt subsidies.
China can only “dump” their excess production on Germany, UK, USA and Canada.

Be very selective with absolutely necessary Chinese imports, otherwise ban their autos, etc. the Chinese machine will fall.
Naive partnerships of any kind with CCP-China might give short term wins, but gives longterm failures if you want to be a prosperous and sovereign and secure democracy. And the short term wins are getting shorter and shorter.
They should have considered the deal to join the US as a 51 state. Imagine the backing and prosperity of being part of the biggest market nation in the western continent. Perhaps if that took place, it would not be long that Mexico may consider same , … are we getting the picture yet??? Too bad , so sad now , they will hurt when they realize who they are in bed with ….
It is interesting how Canada seems completely enamoured with China when every other country sees them for what they are. Then again look at the Liberal Government, the Laurentian elite, and the Institutions, we have in Canada and it actually sums up the attraction. Birds of a feather flock together.
