The switch from Conservative to Liberal is such a paradigm shift that I have to assume the floor crosser was not in politics because of their convictions, or financial incentives and/or foreign influence were enough to cause them to abandon them.
Ask yourself, "What would it take to change my vote in the next election?" Now imagine how much more it should take for an MP, with the pressure of all their supporters, to switch their allegiance.
Try stepping out of the political arena for a moment, and examine these floor crossings through a different lens. Look at them as an outsider - say, a non-partisan scientist might look at them - through a lens of clarity and objectivity. That particular lens is never available to a politician. Clarity and/or objectivity are not in their vocabulary. That lens will have, etched in glass, the question: Qui benedictum? Who profits?
The only objective answer is that this is, quite simply, a frontal assault on literal democracy by the self-named Liberal Party, The Liberal Party is telling Canadians - out loud - that your vote in these three constituencies does not count because we have purchased it. And oh yes, we purchased it with your tax dollars. Period, no spin allowed. And, as a corollary, when we seduce one more MP and gain a majority, the entire national election will not count. And that this assault is criminal in its planning and implementation.
This is just one more step in the so-called Liberal Party's relentless plan to achieve their ultimate goal, an Authoritarian Rule, similar to China's . The same system that is so much admired by Trudeau-the Witless.
Canada is not a democracy, the justin trudeau reign made that quite clear. There is a loss of trust in our elected leaders and institutions. Decades of rot have turned canada into a puppet state for a foreign nation & corporate control, now that is fascism.
China got to him. With the influence they are throwing around up there it makes logical sense to look at this guys banking records. I agree that this is such a disservice to those that voted for him and it’s tantamount to straight up lying to your constituents. It happens down here too but 3 in less than a year? It’s not as frequent as that but we just had John Fetterman join the republicans but if you have followed what’s been going on it’s more a matter of him waking up than joining the entire Republican Party. Common sense is how he came to his choice. I’d imagine Israel had some weight to it too as he’s Jewish and right now the Dems hate Israel. I’m not their biggest supporter but I don’t hate Jews. I’m getting disgusted with both of our parties anymore. The liberals are nuts and the republicans haven’t done a damn thing with the majority they were given. It sucks everywhere and it just shows these politicians want power and once they get it those who elected them become peons and we all suffer because of it and it makes our votes seem meaningless.

Suspecting that the NDP had been helped out by the Chinese Communist Party in their fundraising to beat out the Liberals a few elections ago, I emailed the B.C. Elections Office and baited them with the following question;
If it was discovered, that a political party was in contravention of the election rules/law AFTER being elected, would the party be “legally” elected……. AND ….. if so, what would be the ramifications of breaking such a law?
At that point I must have caused an uneasy stir within the B.C. Election Office, as I got bounced around from lower bureaucrat to another until i reached the top….ALL avoiding the question. I guess so, because that VERY office had already sent a report to the then “successfully”. elected
NDP ….reporting “irregularities” in the NDP “fundraising”.
This reporting by the B.C. Elections Office must have embarrassed the shit out of the NDP because they were then forced to call for an ….”investigation”… wink, wink. It was known as the “NDP Fundraising Probe”… carried out by the RCMP.
Back to my question to the B.C. Elections Office;
I … “finally “…got the answer I was asking for.
All that would happen is that the Elected party would remain in power…and only face a financial penalty.

Cheat like hell, breach the election laws,…..….pay a small penalty,….and perhaps in some way later on, secretly bill the taxpayers for the fine paid out by the elected party..

I have never witness the blatant disregard of Canadian voter's nor the democratic process in my life time. Even worse is the Liberal paid media who are treating this and the foreign influence of our parliamentarian's as unworthy to even report to Canadian's. In the latest Committee meetings, the people who are to watch for foreign interference have shown a complete disregard to answer any questions and like the very Liberals who appointed them, they constantly repeat non answers. Its not only undemocratic and untransparent, but it is blatant disrespect toward our elected Parliamentarian's and all Canadian's. So too is the offerings of positions to elected MP's, voted in by taxpayer's, being enticed to change their allegence. I am appauled at the open disrespect for democracy and if these horrifying Liberal's get a majority this country is finished. They openly invite foreign influence and go out of their way to court it, just as they do to get Conservatives to cross the floor. The complete lack of integrity shown by all those involved in this circus they deem to be democracy, is complete and open disrespect of it in everyway. I am sickened by these treasonous Liberal's, the their complete lack of integrity, and even more sickened by those Conservatives that crossed the floor to aid this horrifying regime we now have in Ottawa. We are being ruled by deviants, thieves, foreign countries, and global Institutions!. Even worse Canadian's remain as uninterested in the complete break down of democracy, unlimited foreign interference, and a break down of the rule of law in our policing and our judiciary! As with all things in Canada the public take it in with the same apathy as they do about being informed or even participating in it! We are being mislead not only by those elected but by the media and the people being paid by the Liberal's, including those doing the polling. I mean who in their right mind votes for more of this! I would suggest that the majority of our Instiutions are infiltrated and no longer trustworthy and that includes Elections Canada!!!! Those foreign military members they have spoken about to "protect Canadian's" are most likely CCP military that were trained in the North by the Liberal Party of China. The last thing they will do is protect Canadian's, they will be used to control Canadian's!!

The Office, ……… (now get this) , ……… “couldn’t recall the event”. Anyone with half a brain knows that is a full load of cholesterol pig slop!
But hey……. what about B.C……”LAW”…. being the provincial FOI Act?
That’s yet another NDP joke….. having investigated it from its very start till it was finally published a few years later.
A one liner in the Act makes it the joke it is;
It goes like this;
“The head of a public body shall not release information that will subject the government of B.C. to ,…….(now get this)…….. PUBLIC SCRUTINY”.

As an immigrant, I am heartbroken to witness what our country has become. We used to be a beacon of democracy and prosperity for the world to see.
If we do not seriously combat Chinese infiltration and interference, I shudder to think what this country will become in a few more years.
