Come to Canada and be a drug runner. It's a great paying gig with little to few if any, consequences.

"There was no explanation for why the narco-suspects walked free, beyond the standard policy language the prosecution service has cited in a number of similar cases documented by The Bureau — that prosecutors must continually assess “a reasonable prospect of conviction and whether the public interest supports continuing the prosecution.”

This is painful to read. God forgive us

Wow. Enough fentanyl to kill thousands and charges dropped as the prosecution ponders “whether the public interest supports continuing the prosecution”.

Apparently in Canada it is very difficult to convict drug traffickers.

Who benefits from this?

Shadow bankers and LPC.

Odds are close to 100% that the offenders will become repeaters. Any bets as to how soon?

And yet Lich, Barber, The Coutts 4, JAILED and criminalized. Then there's physicians: Dr's. Charles Hoffe, Mark Trozzi, William Makis, and others, lost their license to practice medicine and continue to be blacklisted. The LIST of absurd abuses towards NON CRIMINALS accused of being criminals vs actual CRIMINALS is nonsensical.

"Hangman hangman, hold a little while, I think I see my friends coming, riding many a mile. Friends you get some silver? Did you get a little gold? What did you bring me my dear friends to keep me from the gallows pole?

I couldn't get no silver, I couldn't get no gold. You know that we're too damn poor, to keep you from the gallows pole." Led Zepplin

This is extremely disappointing. It appears that the lives of those harmed or killed by drugs are not valued in Canada. The rights of criminals seem to matter more. There must be changes to our criminal proceedings and criminal law to prioritize our citizens and the public interest over drug traffickers. Thank you for the coverage Sam.

They're having the same "trucker problems" in the states..and Trump knows that it's all coming from north of the border..and the meter's running...

...So..India owns one half of Canada..and China the other..two countries that have HATED each other for centuries. So chances are they will go to war for possession of what's left of Canada. It's gonna be like the wild west was..only this time it'll be Chowboys and Indians!!!..

And the poor Islamists are trapped in the middle. But they all support the Liberals. The Liberals would have welcomed Pol Pot if he was likely to vote for them.

Dan Pommier's avatar

I agree, they would have gladly welcomed him.

I'm fifth generation and brought up to be a proud Canadian. No longer! - get me out of here or even better, let Trump take us - if he will?

This is beyond depressing. 8 Kilos of Fentanyl, charges dropped for Naruda and Singh.

No explanation given.

And persecution of the Freedom Convoy continues, relentlessly.

And the BC School Trustee fined $750,000 for stating there are only two genders.

And our flood of immigrants continues with zero questions being asked of them. Come on in! Bring your violence and criminality with you.

And a thousand other crimes committed by this New. World. Order.

I guess the prosecutors were worried that a conviction might hurt the immigration status of these sterling members of our Indo-Canadian Organised Crime community.

Is our criminal justice system as corrupt as it appears? There is only one answer to that. Yes.

Here's my summary of why.

While browsing today's MSM (something I do less and less), I came across an article in the Toronto Sun - owned and operated by Post Media, who is owned and operated by the Liberal cartel.

Banner Headline - WHY THREE BYELECTIONS COULD HAND LIBERALS MAJORITY. In ultra bold font, glaring red background - impossible to unsee.

The article was from Brian Lilley, who is by most accounts, the most widely-read journalist in Canada. (That's just a guess but I won't be far off).

It outlined the fact that three upcoming by-elections in April will in all likelihood be won by the Liberals, giving them their much sought after majority. The article goes on to outline a number of reasons for this probable outcome. They include - these are legacy Liberal seats; the Liberals have more money to spend; there's no real competition, etc.

Summary of the article? It's just politics as usual. Nothing to be concerned about.

But it's the banner headline that's the real message. Most of the smug, comfortable Liberal voters will read just that part of the article and, at best, skim the rest.

What Mr Lilley is leaving out are the real reasons the Liberals are able to win a single election in Canada. Period.

Their absolute control of any meaningful, widely-distributed, widely-heard, or widely-watched media in the country. This is far more pervasive and morally reprehensible than all of the other crimes this cabal commits. And those crimes are legion.

This is the most corrupt government in the history of Canada - by any measurement. The only method of getting this truth to the wide population is, unfortunately, the Mainstream Media.

This organised crime syndicate, masquerading as a "Rule of Law" government, will eventually cram their various Bills - designed to eliminate free speech - down our throats.

When that happens, freedom, and democracy will no longer exist in Canada. Sites such as this one, Juno, and the few others who have a voice, will be legislated out of existence. Their owners, operators, and contributors, likely charged and even imprisoned. Including yt. If they can fine someone $750,000 for saying there are only two genders, what will my penalty be for posting this?

Involuntary MAID? That's only half-joking.

I've been accused, more than once, of being a little Pollyanish about my hopes for integrity, transparency, even occasional honesty and accountability from those who govern us.

About 11 years ago, that may have been true. But not today. This government has taken criminality and nationally-suicidal incompetence to unheard of levels - including outright stupidity

They just needed it for some minor pain relief. 17.4 pounds was all they needed. Sore backs. That hurts so much.

No reason to throw the book at them. Not like they needed that much to deal it or anything.

I hate this. So utterly frustrating.

Unbelievable, and yet, totally expected. Do they not owe the public, at the very least, an explanation?

This entire report is akin to reading a poorly written fairytale Sam! I’ve actually run out of any “printable” descriptive narratives! You are an amazing contributor to Canadians who care deeply about Canada’s direction and value the truth which seems so hard for our political wonders to come by!!

New South Asian Immigrants are taking Police, Corrections and Sheriff’s jobs. One token white person is hired. Maybe the odd Asian as well.

Maybe next time, our police should chase them across the Border and call ahead to have them picked up and charged on the US side! It seems there’s no point at all in charging these guys ib Canadian courts at all! (Or maybe the Indian Govt could have their agents in Canada pick them up and extradite them to India for prosecution!
