"....but connecting the dots to a foreign entity, regardless of the country, we don’t have that,” Duheme told Kapelos."

I can't help but wonder, is that because they are not looking for those connections, or they don't want to admit that CSIS relies on the DOJ to feed them this info??

Now that Canada officially is cooperating with China’s police I truly feel secure.🤦‍♀️ I’d love to know the dirt that the U.S has on our government.

Drug manufacturing, trafficking and money laundering activities of Iranian proxies like Hamas & Hezbollah have been know for decades. IRG Intelligence units no doubt share information to aide and abet these operations. China's organized crime groups involvement with these groups is also well known. Given the strategic relationship between China and Iran, and recent international pressure on fentanyl trafficking and related operations world wide, it is not a stretch to imagine that Iran has already restructured fentanyl manufacturing to Iran, and now using Hamas, Hezbollah and central and south American narco cartels for distribution and money laundering. Trump's efforts to prevent Iran from having nuclear weapons is important, however, if Iranian international fentanyl operations and networks have been restructured, making Iran the nexus of the global fentanyl trade, it is an even greater threat that must also be extinguished.

"The reasons for CSIS’s silence on the connection between Iran’s intelligence apparatus and the Jalisco New Generation Cartel are unknown. CSIS acknowledged a number of questions from The Bureau for this story but had not responded by deadline. Any substantive responses will be added to this story with a note."

Thank you Sam for continuing to pressure them. We all have our suspicions as to the why but will try to assume there is a reasonable explanation.

So what is the Canadian Government doing about these threats? Sitting on their thumbs?

Canada not linking to the U.S. agency has to be because its feelings are hurt and they wish to refuse any cooperation with the U.S. right now. It could also be they are so intertwined with China that it now considers Iran favorable? There really is no rhyme or reason for anything the Canadian govt does anymore. When Canada finally gets in too deep it knows it can pick up the phone with the U.S. and say “we fucked up” help us clean this up? The U.S. will be there always I’m sure. As a U.S. citizen I’d have no issue coming to the aid of our northern neighbor. Just wish it wouldn’t need to come to that.
