When I pick up the FOI Act… from Queens Printers…. I was surprised to find the Privacy Act as part and parcel of the FOI Act.
Hidden in the “Privacy section” was a one liner that cancelled the FOI Act.

“The head of a public body shall not release information that will subject the government of B.C.”…..(now get this folks: …..”to public scrutiny”. I kid you not!
Yup….. the NDP….. playing their bullshit games. The minions of Election B.C. and the BCPS are only abiding by the “law”…. and god forbid they should break the law.
