Corruption within the CBSA is only the tip of the iceberg. When former PM Trudeau and PM Carney go out of their way for photo ops with members of the CCP who lead the United Front Political Influence Organization, which is reported to be connected with the Sam Gor crime organization, it suggests corruption goes all the way to the PMO.

And yet most of Canadians go blindly through their day believing Canada is still like a Leave it to Beaver episode on rewind Although they somehow do manage to muster criticism and some preachy condemnation for those nasty ,violent gun toting Yanks with their drug problems.

I like your analogy, the indifference by the population in this backward country is overwhelming.

Totally - Canadians are living in the past. Canada isn’t the nice country of the 1990’s anymore. Our children won’t have much of a future here if we don’t do something.

Well, I think you're right. Some Canadians might idealize their country's image or contrast themselves with American issues.

I’ll never forget that story as it was so shocking to me that it was getting zero press even down here in the US. The fact that light is finally being shown on it now seems anti-climatic because Sam and his reporting on it should have sent shockwaves through Canada and its government. It didn’t. The fact that it took Kash Patel on a cable network channel to blow this up should be a warning to everyone how corrupt a government can be. The US dealt with a senile president for four years as we were gaslighted (or tried to be) that he was “sharp as a tack” to now Canada facing its facts that China and drug cartels and terrorists are running their country. Luckily, we got the change we needed or our country would’ve been destroyed but Canada chose to stay the course in Carney in its last election. I assume many Canadians are pounding the table about the last election and the direction of their country. Kash put it out there now and Canada now needs to respond. Anything short of a complete reversal of its current policy will threaten its sovereignty. The people of Canada must demand and deserve better. It’s a damn shame Sam’s reporting doesn’t get the amplification it needs to be in the hands of every Canadian. Sam, the Pulitzer is yours in my book.

James is referring to the USA got the necessary change, not Canada. He clearly understands that Canada erred returning Carney and the Liberals for another 4 years .

We got the change we needed???? Most of Carneys cabinets are retreads from Trudeau. If you don’t think that the BC government - Christie Clark, Rich Coleman, Gregor Robertson, etc. knew exactly what was going on in the drug /money laundering world for YEARS you’re living in an impenetrable bubble.

Expect more of the same from the Libs.

Canada will not respond because carney is just as corrupt as those infiltrating our once beautiful country. He will support Beijing and the CCP in any way he can all the while telling the public that Poilievre had foreign interference- carney talks - lies pour out

And WHO helped Carney Achieve his Goal as PM. Liberals and WHO took credit for Carny's win? Right! Donald J. Trump, but maybe you didn't see this TRANFORMATIVE President and Mark J Carney's little staged performance, RIGHT!

Canada and its culture is rife with corruption, a sordid legacy of the colonialism of the British crown, itself an ignoble institution. Our repatriated constitution, a document whose object should be protection of the governed from from abusive rulers isn't worth the paper it's written on. Same goes for our bill of rights, justly acquired property & self defense are given only lip service. And I'll say the quiet part aloud - Our politicians are predatory wolves in shepherds' clothing, IOW, A fifth column seems self-evident.

As I refuse to watch the mainstream media propagandists, I'm grateful to you Sam, for continuing to expose the hell that's been unleashed across our country. Yet, I'm even MORE grateful to Mr. Patel for going public and blatantly calling out every official 'agency' involved in this nonsense. Hopefully, those with the 3 monkey syndrome will FINALLY admit our country's being overrun with evil elements INCLUDING those with whom citizen's trusted to at least have some semblance of 'pride and integrity' to DO THE JOB they were hired to do. Not bloody likely by the looks of things. Do ANY of those involved, at every level, have any 'shame'? NO! Because our society appears to have had an upsurge in immoral behaviour that's been NORMALIZED by the sociopaths and psychopaths who've slithered their way up the ladders of 'power'. Again, I reiterate, Trump's original tariff 'threats' to Trudeau and his cabal of grifters was explicitly designed to get the latter off their lazy asses and CLEAN HOUSE, which that spoiled little silverspooned rat REFUSED to do!After reading this today, if all involved in this systemic destruction of our both our countries are NOT DEALT WITH ASAP and our government doesn't get their act together and WORK WITH the Trump administration to clean this garbage up then it's the decent law abiding citizen's who will lose on both sides. Enough of this nonsense, we're technically in an abusive relationship with our own elected officials.

This is a very upsetting report and the corruption is so deep I am not sure an independent agency would be large enough to take this on. Where is our “so called” fentanyl czar? What the hell “plan” does Carney have? Same as his budget? Hard work…need time…meanwhile the corruption goes deeper. He and the entire cabinet he brought in are responsible for the continued blindness and cover ups. Disgusting!

I worked for a large Copier manufacturer in 2010 and I remember as if it was yesterday in Agincourt Ontario seeing a banker’s box filled to the top of Chinese passports and another box filled to the top of transcripts from schools being brought in!!! Canada is so compromised by our elected officials and the Chinese underground!

This is astounding, I had knowledge about this story from things I have read and a video on what Mr. Sanbourn was experiencing. I thought that because it was exposed that there would be something serious would happen as a result… Like a real investigation!

Thanks Sam for keeping up with this matter, we are in serious trouble if this is not investigated properly and people are held to account.

What is the average Canadian to do with so much corruption going on? Thank-you for the great journalism. It is refreshing to see the truth in writing. On a side note, what I have seen or heard of the Hogue Commission on Foreign Interference is sadly lacking. In my opinion, Canadians are at risk, when they have no idea of what is really going on.
