The potential for such a lab to unleash catastrophic damage to not only human health but animal health cannot be understated and if more labs like that exist they need to be found! How many labs like that could there be in Canada? I don’t think people can fully grasp the capabilities if nefarious actions are involved. The economic and public health cost of one pathogen being released whether intentionally or unintentionally is beyond comprehension.
For a very long time, China has used thriving Western democracies as a base for the development and use of the most horrific modalities known to mankind, with very little, or no consequences! “War without bullets”!! Laws have been changed under these two PMs to accommodate wide open criminal activity making prosecutions virtually impossible! Canada has become a criminal drug centre on an international level!!
