This is the problem in Canada. The issues keep coming to the surface and they get swept under the rug. Canada is relying on people’s memories being short. It’s a major problem in civilization today but it shows how it’s used nefariously. We have a government relying on the memory hole problem and then being able to re-write history. Reading Sam’s work now for some time I believe the whole government is corrupt and is selling out to the CCP. There should be a forensic accounting of any politician in the past decade because Canada’s very existence is in the balance.
I also believe part of the problem is that peoples attitude need to change from "it is not affecting me personally, therefore I am not getting involved."
as Jordan Peterson has articulated in the past - and, no, i'm not a huge fan of his; but i must give the man his dues: sometimes he's absolutely bang-on: 'there's a fine line between being 'nice'; and being a coward; and, in the case of Canada, it appears the latter is the case when one witnesses denizens of said country choosing to be reticent in response to agendas (for example, the transgender agenda) that are lined up to negatively affect not just any citizen of Canada - but, more significantly, the most vulnerable of citizens: the children!' Some countries don’t allow foreigners to own land. In Thailand, for example, they can own a building but not the land under it. Here, we do the opposite, allowing anyone and everyone to take wherever of ours they can buy. It’s foolish.

I saw a young Indian foreign worker say in a video, “Why do you let us do this?”, ie break laws. Who knows what rule breakers actuality think about Canada, as they get away with things.

Politicians have two objectives, 1) Get Elected, 2) Stay Elected. Public Service is not a primary factor anymore. Politicians are always beholden to those who finance and facilitate their election. PEI with only 170000 people has 4+27+380 =411 elected representatives (Fed+prov+muni) ..
That’s 1 rep for every 411 people.
Now why would China look at PEI as an easy target.. ?
