Glad to see Vigneault was recalled and gave such strong clarification. So Trudeau has now contradicted both Katie Telford and David Vigneault in his testimony. What are the consequences of perjury in an inquiry like this?

Good question. Are witnesses testifying under oath?

Yes, by either affirming to tell the truth or swearing to do so on a religious book, just like in court. So a lie could be the subject matter of a perjury charge.

If anyone has the will or the courage to do so. There's extreme reluctance to touch this criminal prime minister. Why would that be? Fear of repercussions? Devotion? All I know is the taxpayer funded politicians and bureaucracies are exceedingly averse to actually serve the taxpayers.

Very well put, I don't have a heavy schedule like that but when would I or the many thousands others get to see a document of corruption being played out, one bad identified corruption is one too many, seems like David Vigneault and CSIS is doing a good job as an adult dealing with children without holding their hands and guiding them and if there was a question not identified, maybe another meeting would of helped to sort it out, what are they getting all this big money for, I'd say to do your job right or be fired

It is appalling that the PM. does not read briefings from Canadian intelligence agencies. Even worse is the fact that he disregards advice given to him via verbal briefings. This failure to follow advice given indicates to me that in Trudeau's mind, politics are more important than the security of Canada.

Trudeau is worse than Trump (who also didn’t bother reading his intelligence briefings). Trudeau actually became the velvet totalitarian Trump was supposed to be.

Trudeau paid for all the propaganda that portrayed him as the saviour of the West (and erased JWR). Then he increased the size of the federal civil service by 37% & over-compensated them by 16%-28% .

The “five-eyes” should become “four-eyes” by Monday!

Thank you Sam for being one of the 5 journalists left in North America!

UK, Au and US already leave out NZ and Canada from the important discussions. US negotiated a new US trade deal with Mexico before they brought in Canada.

My bet is he's lying about not reading the security briefings. He'd rather take the consequences of appearing negligent over the consequences of deliberately ignoring the CCP's election interference.

Don't worry about that awkward briefing, "... I think the essence of this is that people can experience interactions differently..."

The moral of the story? Do everything verbally so that you can deny everything.

Thanks again for putting yourself in the line of fire so we get the true story.

Trudeau is absolutely incompetent and a liar. This is a true statement. He thinks that the electorate are stupid.

"rarely reads intelligence documents."

Interesting comment by Trudeau.

What does he read?

His escape from accountability is to claim he didn't read them. The consequences of appearing negligent are way less than acknowledging he knew the CCP was interfering in the election but did nothing because the Liberals benefited.

Well someone is lying. Take your pick: either David Vigneault or Trudeau's senior political aide, Brian Chow. I pick Chow because Trudeau himself lies as effortlessly as breathing. The culture is set at the top and permeates the entire organization.

Seems like the director is jumping ship. 🤔
