For the Trump to assist Mexico authorities by entering their country…. to wipe out the cartels that are causing the deaths of Americans with fentanyl poisoning etc….. is… in my opinion…. one hell of a good move. Who, in their right mind would condemn such a move…. either in Mexico, the USA and……… YES……. even in Canada and especially so here in B.C. where the narco gangs are in control.

The Trump administration has found…. a law….. to do so. HOPEFULLY we can expect the same in Canada……. but….. I can just hear the howling and bitching coming Carney and his Liberals.

P L E A S E ………President Trump…… if Mexico deserves your help in eradication the scum…. surely your neighbour to the north deserves the same?

Either we get our act together and deal with the problem on the northern border or Trump will force Carney's hand that looks more and more like it is in the CCP's fortune cookie jar.

My thoughts exactly! President Trump has no patience with countries that allow cartels and crime to overtake government/policing/judicial control! As our current Marxist government continues to cozy up with communist China, turns a blind eye to a drug infested, crime ridden country……Trump will do exactly what he plans in Mexico!! Heaven knows since this elbows up asshole got into the driver’s seat, there has been unlimited warning to clean up………eradicate fentanyl production, eradicate the stranglehold of Beijing on the country, etc. etc. Instead globalist Carney openly struts his ignorance like a playground bully!!!!

There are three powerful elements in play in world politics and criminal activity: 1) Money, 2) Fear and 3) secrecy. Secrecy is the weakest link, Fear is next and Money is by far the strongest. The people who control the money also control governments. The problem is the Beast, and the Beast lives on Money. The ones with the power to starve the Beast are driven by greed. They will never starve the Beast. That's why governments are impotent. All the activity claiming otherwise is just political theatre.

Money in Mexico = the small number of families that own almost all of the means of production, land, and valuable wealth assets. They are the Beast. Officials in the government is paid by the Beast to do it's bidding. Those officials get rich, the Beast stays rich, while the rest of the country suffers. Americans suffer because of the drugs the Beast sells. So do Canadians. So does much of the global West hit by the massive flow of drugs out of Mexico.

Until they get a high security jail built (like they did in El Salvador) they are solving nothing. These gangs are well beyond Mexico and they will start to retaliate in other countries. Trump needs to put pressure on Mexico to get such a jai built ASAP. He's right in that serious actions have to be taken but in my skinny opinion he's not putting the pressure where it most needs to be put. In some ways he might exacerbate the situation.

This case exposes the reality of the extreme corruption and complicity of the Mexican government. The Mexican military has little reason to exist other than to be used domestically to protect and further power interests. Meanwhile, the judicial system is thoroughly corrupt and used primarily by the wealthy and powerful to protect their interests.

Please keep your great investigative reporting!

Way too frightening. I agree cartels need to be taken out but… giving Trump the right to go into any country without host approval….
